01. Who can use Chule?

Anyone in Micronesia! You don't need to be a business or have any shipping experience. If you live in Micronesia and want something from abroad, you can use Chule'. We serve individuals, families, and businesses alike.

02. How do I find out the shipping cost?

Just contact us! Tell us what item you want, where it's from (or where you found it), and roughly how big/heavy it is. We'll calculate a shipping quote for you quickly. There's no charge to get a quote, and no obligation to proceed.

03. Can you ship from anywhere in the world?

Yes! We can bring practically anything from practically anywhere, and have it shipped to wherever you need it to go. Contact us with the specifics, and we'll get you a proposal.

04. Do you deliver to my home?

Home delivery is optional and available for an additional fee. It is not included automatically. By default, you collect your item from our location at no extra cost. If you'd like us to bring it to your door, just let us know when you request your quote and we'll include the delivery fee in the total.

05. How long does shipping take?

Transit times depend on the origin country and shipping mode. US mainland to Micronesia typically takes 2–4 weeks by sea freight. Air freight is faster (1–2 weeks) but costs more. We'll give you an estimated timeline when we provide your quote.

06. Can I send a request on behalf of someone else?

Absolutely. Many customers request items as gifts for family members on the islands, or help elderly relatives who don't shop online. Just let us know who the recipient is and we'll coordinate accordingly.

Disclaimer: We can only procure & move items that are legal to purchase & import/export to each region (i.e., ammunition is legal to purchase from the U.S. and move within the US, but we cannot have it shipped to China)
