Chule' is operated by Pacific Revolution Corp, in Guam. A real person reads every list, writes every proposal, and tells you when your goods have arrived.

Chule' does the buying. It purchases what is on your list, moves it together with other goods by ocean or by air, clears it, and hands it over on your island.

That is also why the price can be lower than doing it yourself. Buying at trade terms and moving goods together costs less than one person buying at retail and shipping one box alone.
