Each item, its SKU or model, and how many. Add the size and weight if you know them: it makes your proposal faster.
Get a proposal
One written price for everything, by air or by ocean, with the days to arrive. The price is held for 7 days.
Pay half to start50% deposit
Accept and pay the deposit by card, bank transfer or cash. We start buying.
Pay the rest when it arrivesBalance

What your proposal contains
One document, in plain words, for your whole list. Nothing is bought until you accept it.
- The cost of each item on your list
- Bringing it to your island, by air or by ocean
- Insurance, and delivery to your door if you asked for it
- One total, the days to arrive, and the date the price is held until
- What is due to start, and what is due on arrival
The money rule
Half to start and half on arrival. Specialised goods that cannot be resold are paid in full to start.

We take card, bank transfer and cash. Call or email us to pay. You get a receipt each time.
- Air or ocean
Ocean: the lower price. About 4 to 6 weeks to Guam from the day we buy. Other islands take longer: Chuuk, for example, is about 2 more weeks from Guam.
Air: the faster way. About 1 to 2 weeks, and sometimes only days.

- Size and weight
Give them if you can. A list with sizes and weights is priced faster; without them we have to find each one and work out the cartons, which can take up to a week.
If your goods turn out larger or heavier than the sizes and weights you gave us, the extra cost of moving them is added to your price.
- Your price
A proposal price is held for 7 days. After that we may need to price it again.
For an order of $5,000 or more, we ask for a photo ID and a signature before we buy.
- Pickup or delivery
Pickup in Guam is free, at the MacTech store in Tamuning. On other islands your proposal says where your goods are handed over.
Delivery to your door can be arranged. It is a line on your proposal and is paid before the delivery is made.
Collect your goods within 7 days of the day we tell you they have arrived. After that, storage is $50 a day, whatever the size or value of the order. We are not a warehouse.
Goods not collected within 14 days of that notice may be sold or disposed of to recover what is owed.
- If you cancel
If you cancel after paying the deposit and before we have bought anything, the deposit is refunded in full, less any payment processing fees such as card charges.
Once we have bought your goods, a refund depends on the store. If the store takes everything back, you are refunded in full. If it takes back only part, the deposit is kept against the goods that cannot be returned. If you think your case is special, tell us and we will look at it.
- What we cannot bring
- We can buy and bring anything that both governments allow out of one country and into the other. Some goods are restricted, defense articles for example. Tell us what you need and we will tell you plainly if we cannot bring it.
