When you send a request we keep what you tell us: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email if you give one, your island and address, and your list. We use it to prepare your proposal, buy and move your goods, and tell you where they are.

Your request lives behind a private link that only you receive. We do not sell your information, and we never show your name with a reference price.

If you add a photo to an item, or paste a link and we read its page, the picture is kept with your request, privately, for the same purpose. Before a photo is stored we remove what the camera wrote into it, such as where it was taken.

You pay Chule’ directly, by card, bank transfer or cash. A card payment is taken through Chule’s own card processor. This website never asks for, sees or keeps a card number.

To know how the site is used, we may count visits and four steps (a list started, a list sent, a proposal accepted, a deposit paid) with Google Analytics. Those counts carry no name, no contact details, no list and never the link to your request.
